All full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits. Our medical package includes health, prescription, vision, life, short and long-term disability, as well as options for dental, critical illness, and cancer insurance. DGL pays employee health insurance premiums, plus 40 percent of eligible dependent premiums. We also make quarterly contributions to an HSA, regardless of employee contributions.

We offer an impressive Traditional and Roth 401k Plan. All full-time employees are eligible for retirement savings plan benefits. Regardless of an employee’s personal contributions, DGL contributes 3% of employee’s salary into a safe harbor account for our employees. -

The firm also assumes the payment of all approved registration fees and continuing education fees for our professionals.
