New York Times Best Selling Author Piper Kerman To Speak at BGSU

DGL was a proud supporting sponsor of the Bowling Green State University "Ordinary People, Extraordinary Stories" event featuring Piper Kerman. Ms. Kerman is the best-selling author of "Orange is the New Black: My Year in a Women's Prison." In her book, she explores the experience of her incarceration and the intersection of her life with the lives of the women she met while in prison. The memoir was adapted into a critically-acclaimed Netflix Original series of the same name by Jenji Kohan.
