The Gateway project was a joint venture development located on The University of Toledo’s property. It included the demolition of a bank and parking lot for the addition of a multi-use facility, housing commercial business on the ground level, and student housing on the upper levels. DGL was responsible for survey, legal descriptions, and civil design, including demolition plans, utility design, grading and site layout. DGL met UT’s aggressive schedule while accommodating construction phasing during summer months.
