Timberstone Vet, located in Sylvania, needed a facility to provide their patients, guests, clients and the community with solid veterinary medical treatment. DGL worked with a local contractor to deliver the 5,400 square foot animal hospital. Our scope of work transitioned through the boundary/topographical survey to conceptual layout then through the detailed site design phase. Detailed design included, demolition plans, geometric layout, grading plans, drainage and utilities, stormwater detention as well as notes, details and specifications. After design, DGL’s services continued with construction administration and construction staking.
