DGL prepared the pans and bid documents, along with performing the subsequent on-site inspection required for the full depth reclamation of approximately 1 mile of County Road 2 (Parker Road) in Metamora. The FDR process was used to reconstruct old asphalt pavement by recycling the existing roadway materials. The existing asphalt and base materials were pulverized, then mixed with cement and water for stabilization. The recycled material was graded and compacted to produce a strong base for an asphalt surface course.

Along with the FDR of County Road 2, other work included the grading and shaping of a new roadway drainage ditch, the installation of new catch basins and storm sewer cross-overs, and new pavement markings and signage.

Project highlights included leading the bidding phase, scheduled and led project meetings; monitored overall project budget, balanced unforeseen conditions with available funds; coordinated with the Parker Hannifin corporation, located in Metamora, and their truck deliveries as to not interrupt their daily schedule
