Consolidated RV Holdings Inc. contracted DGL to complete the street and lot designs for the Meadows on the Bay campground in Danbury Township, Ohio. The existing streets were extended to maximize the lots before entering the existing wetlands adjacent to the development. An area for the community center and pool were also provided and rough graded within the plans. DGL’s scope of work included topographic surveys; site design for the extension of the drives, sanitary mains and service laterals, sanitary lift station design, water mains and services, and electric services to provide service hook-ups for the additional camping sites.
