DGL collaborated with a local contractor to complete the civil engineering portion of the Maumee Pointe project, an assisted living and memory care community. DGL’s services included boundary and topographic survey, site/civil construction documents, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3), construction administration and a landscape plan. We also provided an alternate for consideration regarding an additional parking area. DGL had previously performed survey work for this site, so our familiarity with this site was very beneficial to our partner, as well as reducing schedule.
