Hoty Builders enlisted DGL to help prepare the Gentle Caring Dentistry site. Hoty developed approximately 1.5 acres for the 6,000 square foot dentist office. DGL provided the preliminary site plan and zooming drawings which included the building, dumpster pad and sidewalks, as well as preliminary utilities, size and location of signage, ADA parking spaces, landscape buffers and a 30-foot roadway easement as part of the first phase. Phase 2 consisted of boundary and topographic survey, and the parcel legal description and 30-foot access easement description. DGL provided the construction documents for phase 3. This phase entailed the final site layout, utilities, stormwater management, grading, specification and the soil erosion and sedimentation control plan.
