The Toledo Rehabilitation Hospital at The University of Toledo Medical Center, developed by Ernest Health, provides intensive rehabilitation services to people recovering from disabling diseases or injuries, such as strokes, brain, spinal cord and orthopedic injuries. DGL’s team was contracted for the design of the almost 50,000 square foot rehabilitation hospital with parking lots, access drives, ambulance access and utilities. The design also allowed for a future expansion of up to nearly 17,000 square feet.
