The Ridge/Willard Streets Roadway Lighting project involved the widening of Willard and Ridge Streets for vehicular traffic and the addition of lighting along both streets for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The Ridge Street portion of the project had to account for the existing utility tunnel directly under the pedestrian walkway. This project also included new lighting for the extension of Willard Street to Poe Road and new parking lot lighting for the expansion of parking lot 5.
