Nick Lake Graduates from Fulton Leadership University

DGL’s Nicholas Lake, PE, SI graduated from the Fulton Leadership University last night! This off-site leadership program provided valuable content, strong interaction and meaningful conversations for all participants. Nick, along with his fellow graduates, encountered innovative ideas and tools, as well as an expanded network.

Nick’s goals for the program were exceeded and consisted of building stronger connections, learning efficient processes and clarifying and expanding his leadership opportunities with DGL. He said he was excited and able to implement lessons learned right away to increase his effectiveness, both professionally and personally.  

DGL leaders Ahmed Hamid, MSCE Structure, PE and Scot Morehouse, PE fully supported Nick’s participation in the leadership program. They have worked closely with Nick since he joined DGL and see his future involving a management/leadership path. They were confident Fulton Leadership University would boost his skills and network as he continues to reach his career aspirations.

Ahmed shared, “DGL has a strong legacy of growing the firm’s leaders from within. I appreciate watching our staff develop to move toward their professional goals. I am excited for the opportunities that are ahead for Nick and congratulate him on this accomplishment. Thank you to the Fulton Leadership University for providing a great program”.
